It’s really a nice villa, in a very peaceful area, directly on the beach, with a large swimming pool with salt water and with a big integrated Jacuzzi. Ideal for people who are looking for tranquility and quietness.
There is big thai sala about 3.60 meters for massage or for some rocking chairs and where it is also possible to have a dinner for a lot of people, directly in front of the sea.
There are 3 large bedrooms: 2 beachfront rooms with full opening windows on both sides, with direct access to the private swimming pool and the sea. Every bedroom has its private bathroom with Jacuzzi and direct view to the sea. The 3rd bedroom is in the back, and has also a private bathroom. There is a wonderful living room and a kitchen with bathroom. All furniture is in a very good taste.
In the back, protected by the wall, there is a nice garden, a parking and an additional 2 stages private house, with opening kitchen and a bar on the ground floor, and 1 bedroom with bathroom.
All the property is under alarm and there are 2 people from the suff all the year round.

This 1600 square meter big land belongs to the owner of the villa. So, you can use it as your convenience to play, to make a barbecue, a party or to do anything else you want. Moreover, no neighbours will ever disturb you. The villa is directly on the private beach so that you can reach the sea very easy.
