The property with four bedrooms, spacious terraces and balconies and a large swimming pool, located in a tropical garden. From a balcony overlooking one of the most tranquil beaches in Koh Samui, to which tourists rarely get. The only sound that occasionally can be heard - is rattling fishing boat.
The front of the building is occupied by well-designed large living room with TV and stereo, dining room and kitchen. Doors and windows of these rooms overlook the spacious area for sunbathing and a large swimming pool. Bedrooms have a view on a beautiful tropical garden.
A few meters from the villa - and you're on the beach, which extends to the sides as far as the eye can see. A flat strip of beach is ideal for gaming or for romantic walks along the sea.
Placement
Entrance to the villa leads directly into the living room overlooking the pool and beach, it is adjacent to the dining room and kitchen.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables and cupboards, one of which is a hidden safe. In the adjoining bathroom there is a bath with a Jacuzzi, but there is also a separate shower.
The second bedroom is located next to the bathroom decorated and equipped with same taste.
All villas interiors are designed in traditional Thai style, which is complemented by conveniences of modern living.
From the lounge there is access to another section of the accommodation that is suitable for older children or another family. It is equipped with its own sitting area and separate bedrooms with two beds and private bathrooms.
Solarium, located next to the swimming pool, equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. There is also dining in the open air, placed in the arbor.
Maintenance and service
The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans to feel comfortable living regardless of air temperature outside. There is a satellite TV, DVD-player, stereo and ADSL Internet connection.
Manager Fiona - the official of , will do everything possible to make the perfect vacation for the guests of the villa. She works full time and is a member of a team that cares about the purity of the houses, cares for and supports the green pools in good condition. Fiona can organize a chef in the kitchen or simply buying food and drinks, arrange tours and taxi. If guests wish to travel to the island - Samui Beach Village offers cars for rent. For your convenience the administration can arrange a massage or SPA-procedures right in the villa.
Location
The villa has a location that is preferred by those who want to enjoy the true beauty of Koh Samui. The villa is situated at some distance from the noisy tourist spots next to the magnificent sandy beach and is surrounded by lush tropical greenery.
In just 20 minutes on a large fishing boat one can get to the two neighboring islands, well-known places for snorkeling.
If guests want to have more active pastime, they can reach the bustling Lamai Beach is just 10 minutes. For 30 min - to Chaweng with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, nightclubs.
The island has a well developed health care - Samui has several hospitals that provide services for health insurance, and offices of dentists and pharmacies are scattered all along the ring road.
