In the Center of the villa there is a spacious room that combines several areas: living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances for cooking. Three large bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. The fourth bathroom is located next to a swimming pool and can serve as a dressing room. Through a large sliding patio doors one can get to a spacious terrace in front of a swimming pool, with comfortable chairs and umbrellas. Lush tropical garden is regularly visited by a variety of singing birds and huge butterflies.
Placement
Master bedroom with king-size bed is located on the second floor. Dressing room is adjacent to closets and large bathroom with tub and shower. From the bedroom there is access to a large covered balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool, and outdoor terrace at the back of the house, which has the beach and sea views.
The second bedroom is located opposite the main one and is equipped with two single beds (however, on request they can be replaced by one double). Just like home, it has a balcony and a sun terrace. There is a bathroom and dressing room.
For guests of the villa in order to create maximum privacy a separate house with a large bedroom and a double bed, wardrobe and own bathroom is arranged. Through the large sliding doors you have access to a private terrace and the pool.
Maintenance and service
The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans to feel comfortable living regardless of air temperature outside. There is a satellite TV, DVD-player, stereo and ADSL Internet connection.
Manager Fiona - the official of Samui Beach Village, will do everything possible to make the perfect vacation for the guests of the villa. She works full time and is a member of a team that cares about the purity of the houses, cares for and supports the green pools in good condition. Fiona can organize a chef in the kitchen or simply buying food and drinks, arrange tours and taxi. If guests wish to travel to the island - Samui Beach Village offers cars for rent. For your convenience the administration can arrange a massage or SPA-procedures right in the villa.
Location
The villa has a location that is preferred by those who want to enjoy the true beauty of Koh Samui. The villa is situated at some distance from the noisy tourist spots next to the magnificent sandy beach and is surrounded by lush tropical greenery.
In just 20 minutes on a large fishing boat one can get to the two neighboring islands, well-known places for snorkeling.
If guests want to have more active pastime, they can reach the bustling Lamai Beach is just 10 minutes. For 30 min - to Chaweng with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, nightclubs.
The island has a well developed health care - Samui has several hospitals that provide services for health insurance, and offices of dentists and pharmacies are scattered all along the ring road.
