Placement
Villa welcomes guests not only with chic, but with comfort. The large room at the entrance combines the functions of the kitchen, dining room and living room together. While one cooks at the modern kitchen (you can call a professional chef), others can have fun watching satellite TV.
Around the pool there is a sufficient amount of deck chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the sun, regardless of air temperature. You can also arrange outdoor dining, and evening barbecue.
Bedroom villas are individually decorated and each has its own private bathroom. On the second floor there is the master bedroom with large closet, spacious bathroom and access to a covered balcony. On the second floor thre is another bedroom with two twin beds that may be suitable for friends or children. This bedroom is also adjacent to a balcony and a bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the first floor in an annexe separated by the big glass doors you can go straight into the garden or to the terrace in front of a swimming pool and a private bathroom also has a second exit to the pool.
Maintenance and service
The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans to feel comfortable living regardless of air temperature outside. There is a satellite TV, DVD-player, stereo and ADSL Internet connection.
Manager Fiona - the official of , will do everything possible to make the perfect vacation for the guests of the villa. She works full time and is a member of a team that cares about the purity of the houses, cares for and supports the green pools in good condition. Fiona can organize a chef in the kitchen or simply buying food and drinks, arrange tours and taxi. If guests wish to travel to the island - ffers cars for rent. For your convenience the administration can arrange a massage or SPA-procedures right in the villa.
Location
The villa has a location that is preferred by those who want to enjoy the true beauty of Koh Samui. The villa is situated at some distance from the noisy tourist spots next to the magnificent sandy beach and is surrounded by lush tropical greenery.
In just 20 minutes on a large fishing boat one can get to the two neighboring islands, well-known places for snorkeling.
If guests want to have more active pastime, they can reach the bustling Lamai Beach is just 10 minutes. For 30 min - to Chaweng with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, nightclubs.
The island has a well developed health care - Samui has several hospitals that provide services for health insurance, and offices of dentists and pharmacies are scattered all along the ring road.
