The property with three bedrooms, spacious terraces and balconies and a large swimming pool, located in a tropical garden. From a balcony overlooking one of the most tranquil beaches in Koh Samui, to which tourists rarely get. The only sound that occasionally can be heard - is rattling fishing boat.
Placement
Straw sliding doors lead from the dining room to the bedroom. It is beautifully decorated with white pouring canopy hanging over the double bed. Through another sliding glass door you can acces directly from the bedroom to the pool. Adjacent to the bedroom, private bathroom is equipped with a "tropical rain". This bedroom is ideal for creating privacy for those wishing to have their children have their own space.
On the second floor there is the master bedroom with luxurious king-size bed with an exquisite tapestry. From the bedroom there is access to a large covered balcony where you can sit back and relax, enjoying the breeze from the sea.
Another bedroom with two single beds located next to the main one. It also has its own bathroom and balcony.
Villa is ideal for large family holiday or a group of friends. There are enough sun loungers to enjoy sunbathing. Lush greenery provide privacy and give shade in the hot day.
Maintenance and service
The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans to feel comfortable living regardless of air temperature outside. There is a satellite TV, DVD-player, stereo and ADSL Internet connection.
Manager Fiona - the official of , will do everything possible to make the perfect vacation for the guests of the villa. She works full time and is a member of a team that cares about the purity of the houses, cares for and supports the green pools in good condition. Fiona can organize a chef in the kitchen or simply buying food and drinks, arrange tours and taxi. If guests wish to travel to the island - offers cars for rent. For your convenience the administration can arrange a massage or SPA-procedures right in the villa.
Location
The villa has a location that is preferred by those who want to enjoy the true beauty of Koh Samui. The villa is situated at some distance from the noisy tourist spots next to the magnificent sandy beach and is surrounded by lush tropical greenery.
In just 20 minutes on a large fishing boat one can get to the two neighboring islands, well-known places for snorkeling.
If guests want to have more active pastime, they can reach the bustling Lamai Beach is just 10 minutes. For 30 min - to Chaweng with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, nightclubs.
The island has a well developed health care - Samui has several hospitals that provide services for health insurance, and offices of dentists and pharmacies are scattered all along the ring road.
