Villa with five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a private swimming pool with infinity effect is located in a quiet and picturesque location on a hillside overlooking the bay of .

The first impression of quiet rest is formed at the entrance to the villa by the private road leading past the extensive gardens directly to a covered car park, designed for several cars. At the entrance to the villa there is a small lily pond and a wooden bridge which can get you into a tropical garden, laid out along the entire length of the building.

After this, guests are getting to a large terrace with swimming pool, around which there is a bar and a comfortable place right in the water, passing a little further you can go down to the gazebo in the classic Thai style. Near the entrance there is a staircase leading to a lower level of the villa, from the same sun terrace you can get to the upper level. The upper level has a terrace with an awning from the sun, arranged directly above the pool bar. You can just lie on the lounge chairs, enjoying the views, and you can eat something delicious using a dining area accommodating eight people.

To the left of the stairs there are two master bedrooms with adjoining private bathrooms. You can get in through the large sliding door with its own wooden deck, where there are comfortable chairs, where you can sit, sip a cocktail and enjoy the surrounding nature.

At the level of the pool just below the main bedroom there is a large residential area. There is a sitting room with comfortable sofas, a 50-inch LCD TV with surround sound. Dining room with large dining table made of dark wood designed for ten persons. Here are a well-equipped kitchen with modern facilities and a guest bathroom.

Two more bedrooms with private bathrooms are located on the right side of the living area. Both have easy access to the terrace and the pool.

Going down to the level of the pool pavilion one can find another terrace with single and double lounges, here the pool water is drained down a waterfall decorated with carvings. At this level there is the fifth bedroom with sun terrace and sun loungers.

The lower level has a home theater room with 50-inch LCD TV. There is a room that can be used as a sixth bedroom for teens who want to have their own territory, or for the babysitter or maid.

Layout of this villa is suitable for recreation, or large groups of several families, leaving plenty of room for a private, secluded residence.
