As soon as you step through double wooden doors of the property, you find yourself in a secret haven in the middle of a private tropical paradise. Turn around, go to the stone courtyard and enjoy the lush garden with ornamental pond.
Walking on the patio, you certainly will find the covered stone terrace with a small place - here you can read, or just enjoy the sun. Look to the right - terrace extends to the very center of the garden.
When you look from the rear of the villa - you will see that the terrace is divided in two and it frames the garden, leading to two different studios. The pavilion on the right has three bedrooms: one double bed in the other - two single beds. Each of these luxuriously decorated rooms have adjoining bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. This pavilion was built in the shape of the letter T, one part of it is parallel to the garden, and the other turns to the right. This layout increases the feeling of complete privacy.
On the left side of the garden there is a pavilion that has outdoor bathroom, kitchen, dining and recreation area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook, there is also a central "island", combined with a dining area, which is concentrated around the teak dining table.
Wood panel walls, wooden ceiling dome give the rooms most natural and spacious feeling. There is also another bathroom for your comfort and a seating area furnished with teak furniture. Here is a plasma TV with satellite and CD / DVD Player. Through the glass doors let's go to the covered entertainment area with comfortable seating. From here you can walk to the gazebo with a Thai-style roof and ceiling fans. This gazebo has great massage table and furniture for dining al fresco. Also, there is a portable gas barbecue roaster. In the alcove there are built-in speakers to play your favorite music, not only inside the villa, but also outside!
Before the pergola there is a garden with lawn and plants, as well as private beach access.
From the garden up to the apartment of the villa stretches lined with dark blue tile swimming pool with salt water. This pool, long and narrow, is a focal point, which is entirely outside - but it gets surprisingly in the heart of the residential part. At the end of the pool wood flooring connects to a garden with bamboo and sculptures, beautifully highlighting the beauty of the tropical areas around the villa.
Vivid plants frame each window, every doorway. The overall effect is complemented by carved ornaments on the walls and filigree patterns on the stones and ingenious arrangement of pots and other decorations.
