The house is newly built, and at the time of taking the photo they still are working on the interior decoration. The owner is planning to finish it on November 1, 2013. There will be furniture, air conditioning. Landscaping of the territory may take a little longer.
The house is for a long term rent, therefore the owner will have to purchase things like kitchen equipment and bed linen. The same applies to the Internet - it is quite possible to set it up, but it needs to be discussed with the owner.
