Large detached two bedroom house on one of the streets (soi) of Maenam. 1,8 km to the sea. 50 meters to one of the best nurseries on the island. Around the are there are Thai houses, which guarantees peace, nice neighbors and no noise from the tourists. After 8 pm the silence can be disturbed only by very occasionally traveling on the road in front of the house cars and motorbikes. The owner lives next to the house. Inside the house - nice furniture, lots of nice little things, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with built in gas stove. Air conditioning is in each bedroom.
