Large two-storey house with its own territory, soundly made of quality materials and fully equipped acording to the designer's plan. Located on one of the minor streets, within walking distance to the sea. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen (external and internal) and a small bedroom. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a study room. Thanks to the shady greenery in the yard and the house's special planning it is never heated during the heat, and it is always cooler inside rather than outside - sometimes one fan is enough for to feel comfortable inside the house in the noon. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a long Object #46496. The price includes the services of a gardener. Cleaning fee is not included, but is required. Dogs are not allowed inside the house.
