A small but very cosy house in Thai-European style on the second line of Maenam, on the far outskirts of the village near where the hills begin. On one hand, the location is much quieter and calmer than near the beach or within 100 metres of the ring road; on the other, any trip out becomes a long walk. All the main amenities, shops, and day-and-night life are along the ring road — 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car.
The house has a small terrace, a living room, two bedrooms, and a kitchen equipped for cooking. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a shared swimming pool. The walk to the nearest Maenam beach takes about 25 minutes, or 5 minutes by car. The airport is about half an hour's drive. The large Tesco, Big C, and Macro shopping centres are about 20 minutes away. Have a great stay! The neighbouring resort's pool belongs to relatives.
