Very cozy one-bedroom house in Maenam. The beautiful beach with deep entering to the sea is within 1200 meters, the ring road is within 500 meters. Located in a quiet secluded area and just very green. The house might need some repeir, but for now it is in a good condition.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room combined with a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a king-size bed and one queen size bed. There is also a spacious wardrobe and dressing table. On the second floor there are two small balconies.
The house has one air conditioner in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is a fridge, gas cooker, electric kettle, cooking utensils and tableware, small dining table. This option is ideal for longer stays, there are a few in the neighborhood with quiet neighbors.
