The complex houses located on a picturesque hill near a secluded cove Rocky Bay area Chengmon. Each of the villas in this complex has several levels. This architectural solution has very well fit into the landscape of the slope of the hill. Villa 11 is composed of two mirror-arranged parts, 11a and 11b with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a swimming pool with infinity effect in each.
Architectural design of these villas is made in the style of "minimalism" with a predominance of light colors.
Two bedrooms are equipped with three large double bed and large windows from floor to ceiling allowing you to enjoy the panoramic views of the island. From these bedrooms there is access to the private bathroom. The third bedroom is slightly smaller and is located on the lower level, it is also equipped with a double bed and has its own bathroom. Each bedroom has safes and cupboards.

Living room is one room with a dining room, designed for up to eight people. Next to the living room is a separate guest bathroom. The residential area is actually part of the terrace in front of a swimming pool with infinity effect. The floor on the terrace is made of wood, so it is not heated by the sun.
