A completely new one-bedroom house in a small well-kept village in the district of Maenam. Located just a short drive from the sea with a beautiful sandy beach and a deep entering to the sea and two minutes drive from the ring road, shops and inexpensive cafes and restaurants serving Thai cuisine.
In the bedroom there are a spacious bed, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, a whole new set of bed linen. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and refrigerator. Living room is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. In the living room - a minimum set of wooden furniture, sofa and chairs, a table and a TV table. A bathroom comes with a shower.
Along the front facade of the house there is a terrace. All the windows have grilles.
