New apartments just 50 meters from the beach with spectacular views of the sea and the neighboring Koh Phangan island. This option is a one room with a small balcony. There are rooms with air conditioning or fan, with one double bed or two single beds on the second or third floor ( the third floor has the best view).
The apartments are located on the main street of Maenam, near the Chinese temple. Weekly on Thursdays at this street a fair with live music is held. On other days it is a quiet place. This is a very lived-in area - many restaurants and cafes, massage parlors, shops, the night market.
Monthly price is possible only in low season, during the high season only daily charge. The bill for the electricity and water is included in the rental price.
