A three-bedroom in a large complex of the dozens of s. Not far from the main road, urban living environment - asphalt, a little bit of greenery. The settlement is mainly for the Object #45504 middle class, so there are mostly Thais living there (a lot ) and a few farangs. The house is designed with a touch of Object #45504 decor, quite cozy and functional.
On the ground floor there is a living room with sofas, a bar, a dresser, a TV and air conditioning. Also on the ground floor, there is a kitchen separated from the living room (looks like a corridor), equipped with a gas stove, a buffet, a small dining table and chairs. In the kitchen has a required minimum of utensils for cooking. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, the other two have a single beds and wardrobes. Two of the three bedrooms have air conditioning.
The house has its own fenced area, small however. Internet and TV are included in the rent price, electricity and water tariffs tenants pay according to the net price.
