Two bedroom spacious house for those who love privacy, surrounded by jungle, with a fantastic view of the mountains covered with palm forests. The nearest neighbor – within 100 meters away, is actually the owner of the house. The house is located two kilometers from the ring road (about 10 minutes drive from the beach), in the area of Maenam.
The house is brand new and has the original layout, with two small bedrooms, the living room is just of fantastic proportions. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and a gas stove, there is also a dining table.
The living room has a sofa, a new TV with DVD, fan. One of the bedrooms has a large bed, wardrobe, mirror, air conditioning, out of the front door it leads into a separate bathroom with shower. The second bathroom is adjacent to the living room. The second room can be used as a bedroom or office, as for now it has only one closet, there’s no air conditioner in the room.
The owner can add furniture in the house. For an additional fee.
There is a barred under the roof structure to store bicycles or washing machine adjacent to the rear facade of the house.
