Long-term lease two-story house.
Can not be called a Villa, but it is very close to one. If there was a pool – you could have easily call it villa, and this price would be per day.
See for yourself:
The village is located in the north-eastern tip of the island of Koh Samui, in the secluded and luxurious corner, where there are no tourist crowds, where at a disposal of all the inhabitants of two villages and a couple of private houses is the beach Tongson, which have virtually no access for the outsiders.
The entire area of the village, and more than 60 luxury houses with three or more bedrooms each, is landscaped, well-kept and guarded 24 hours a day. The territory is extended, and goes straight to the coast line. Before entering the beach there is a swimming pool with infinity edge, and with it - the bar.
The house was built 3 years ago. It is almost new, which is essential in this climate.
Residents who had previously rented it and lived in it for over a year, had fully equipped it to their taste. On the pictures you see is their furniture and appliances.
Unfortunately (or fortunately), almost a year ago, they left Koh Samui (furniture and equipment, respectively, were taken as well), and the owner, who lives in Bangkok, has not found the time to give this house for rent.
Thus, the house stood for almost a year without tenants, had survived two floods since the settlement is located on a hill.
Currently, the house has everything, except for furniture and appliances.
The bathrooms are fully equipped (in the master bedroom there is also a bathroom), all accommodations are equipped with air conditioning and fans, all the bedrooms have wooden wardrobe and dressing table, in one of the bedrooms you will find a built-in safe. In the master bedroom there is a long wooden table. In the kitchen there is a stove, oven and extractor fan, washing machine.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms - the main one, 2 guest bedrooms, and a storage room.
On the first floor: bedroom (with a safe) and aircon, large living-dining room with access to the terrace (view of the lawn) and kitchen.
Now the Thai owners of the house have their representative in Samui (a relative) who will be able to solve all questions promptly.
