On the pool terrace is a great room with high vaulted ceilings, combining a lounge area with sofas and an LCD TV, a dining room with 6 seats and a designer kitchen with glass facades. The TV is connected to the server Apple TV with an extensive collection of movies and TV series. At the rear of the living room are located maid's room and a guest toilet.
Adjacent to the lounge is the master bedroom with a king size bed and an LCD TV. By the bedroom adjoins a private bathroom with shower tropical downpour. From the bedroom there is access to the pool terrace and a private patio in the garden with a large round bath and a small sitting area, hidden behind a wall with a large window.
The hall of the first level can be reached by a stone path over the ornamental pond. On either side of the hall are two large bedrooms with double beds, LCD TVs and toilet facilities. Both bedrooms have a bath recessed into the floor right next to a window overlooking the sea. Each bedroom has access to a small terrace with a private seating areas.
