From the inner floor the view is panoramic, 70% of the facades is glazed. Sliding doors give access onto a large terrace where there is an outdoor dining area for 8 people.
1st Floor
The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Three bedrooms with kingsize bed and one bedroom with single bed. Two bedrooms have their ensuite-bathroom. The two other bedroom share the same bathroom. One of three double bedrooms is independent. It is accessible from the outside. The three bedrooms with king size bed face the pool, with sliding glass doors opening onto the deck. All rooms have air conditioning.
On the ground floor, next to the decks of the pool is a laundry equipped with washing machine and ironing facilities.
Swimming pool
The external structure includes leisure pool (3m by 9m and 2 m deep max.) with jacuzzi, sala leaning against the pool, two decks, outdoor shower between the villa and a large rock waterfall with flowers, kitchen area, toilet, all generously flowers, and tropical garden.
