The property with three bedrooms and a private swimming pool is located in the north-east of the island in a gated community right on the shore of a secluded cove Tongson Bay.
On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, living room with comfortable sofas, large screen TV and surround sound system, fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. All ground floor rooms have direct access to the terrace with swimming pool and garden. On the terrace in front of the pool is a dining area for six.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom adjoins a private bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Both bedrooms have access to a private balcony overlooking the sea. Also on the second floor there is another seating area with a TV, which can be used as a children's TV area. Here, children can watch cartoons, not occupying the main living area.
In the garden there is a guest house with an additional bedroom, a private living room, kitchen area and bathroom.
Also in the garden there is a fully equipped barbecue area.
