Dining area for 8 persons also boasts a good view of the surrounding area, and a dining terrace is the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail in hand and enjoying the spectacle of a tropical sunset. Just beyond the dining room is located corner of peace and tranquility with comfortable leather seats and panoramic views of the sea.
Right from the entry level of the villa there are stairs down to the second level with three bedrooms. The first bedroom is tastefully furnished, there is a king-size bed, walk-in closet and access to the terrace by the pool. The private bathroom has a bath and shower "tropical rain". Second - all repeats the first. Third bedroom with two single beds, a large wardrobe and a private bathroom is in the back of this level. This bedroom is perfect for older children who want to have their own space.
At the lowest level of the villa there are two more bedrooms. Each has a king size bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom. Of these bedrooms have access to a spacious sun terrace with a waterfall located on the level above the pool.
The property is located in the secluded estate Santi Thani. The villa is perfect for private relaxation large group of friends or family groups, combining a high privacy and security stay with easy access to nearby restaurants, spas and shopping.
Santi Thani estate consists of more than 50 private villas built on individual projects. Security and maintenance is a Thai-British company, property management, which can offer the following services: car rental, child care, employment of chefs, massage, delivery of products from stores, etc.
Management villa offers a discount for accommodation (if staying 6 nights, pay only 5), car rentals and early bidding. For smaller companies, guests can take the opportunity to rent a three-bedroom only at a reduced price, making full use of all the houses except for two private bedrooms. The villa also has a backup generator, which ensures a good rest even during a power failure at the time of congestion in the high season.
