In the back of the resort area of Ban Tai, surrounded by houses of local residents and a few houses offered for rent, tropical vegetation and rustic atmosphere lurks a great little villa with two bedrooms and private swimming pool. If it were located on the beachfront it would cost way more than it is now. And as for now the price is only 50 thousand baht a month.
The villa is surrounded by a low concrete wall, on the area about four acres there are two one bedroom houses built in different styles, between those two there is a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and outdoor pool.
Each house has its own bedroom and living room. Ideal for two families of friends.
The villa is conveniently located about 400 meters to the beautiful beaches of Ban Tai. You can choose from - Napasai hotel beach (it is beautiful and nice, the hotel would be a 4 star one) or the great bay near the Mimosa Hotel. Approximately two hundred meters to the main street of Ban Tai - with a mass of shops, restaurants and massages.
The villa is wonderfully decorated and tastefully furnished. Excellent bathrooms (one is with an unusual bath, made from a piece of stone), nice furniture and atmosphere of complete privacy.
