The property is located in the magical beach village of Maenam. It has everything you could possibly want in holiday. The beach is 90 meters from the front door, there are plenty of good restaurants, boutique clothes stores, friendly locals who are more than happy to share a bit of the charm of their culture and at the end of the day a private pool and a modern house to come home to.
The villa is well planned for family living. It is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a bright living room with a 42"tv, ipod station, internet and satelite tv and is comfortably furnished. There is also a large kitchen/ dining area with a breakfast bar and a formal 6 seater dining table and chairs. The kitchen is modern white with balck marble tops, fitted appliances and well equipped. There is a guest shower room downstairs, perfect to rinse off in after a swim.
Upstairs there are two master bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
The villa itself is located in the quiet villlage of Maenam where there are over 15 restaurants within walking distance as well as shops, pharmacies and of course the 8 kilometer stretch of beach.
