Baan Sauntaweetrub (big house)

1 bedroom Chaweng Чавенг from 7,000 THB/night

The house is located between the Samui Airport runway, the mountain with pagoda Kho Hua Jook and a densely built village of Bang Rak. This is a very quiet area with only one road which is a bit noisy because of the proximity to the airport. Some tenants find it very romantic to watch taking off & landing jets. As for us, we recommend this housing only for a short stay - a week or two during your holidays.

The house for rent is part of the village, built in 2015, which has three options of accommodation divided into sections. This house is the biggest one in the resort & divided into two parts, so you will have neighbours. It will be real fun if it is your friends. There are smaller houses in the village which can be rented only per a daily rate. The service works 24/7.

The house has one bedroom combined with the living room, there are no kitchen and terrace. The furniture, air conditioning, interior are new and fresh. There are a small fridge and TV. People stay here only to sleep and relax. It is a great accommodation for one-two people without children and pets.
