Extravagant and in many ways unique villa YL Residence, originally built as a country residence of the weekend for one of the most successful entrepreneurs of Thailand, is now available to all comers. The sheer size of ownership can feel relaxing on your own private resort. Great white pavilions made of wood and glass, surrounded by towering palm trees and fragrant jasmine trees, create a cool colonial atmosphere. 32 meter infinity pool is located right near the beach and it seems its continuation. A team of two dozen staff unobtrusively fulfill every whim of guests. A generous buffet breakfast is included in the bill of residence, and meals can be chosen from a menu at the villa, and agreed with the chef personally.
After the gate at the entrance to the territory of owning the road, surrounded by tropical vegetation, leads to the main building houses. This fully air-conditioned two-storey pavilion has a meeting room on the lower level, office space on the second, and it is equipped with all the necessary audio and video equipment and computer desks. Here are two home theater system, a high window in which the blinds are closed on an electric drive.
To accommodate the guests are 10 residential halls: one YL Suite, three YL Deluxe Studio and six YL Studio.
YL Suite is a "villa in the villa." To the sleeping pavilion area of 75 sq. m with a double four-poster bed adjoins a separate living pavilion of the same size, where in addition to comfortable upholstered furniture fit a dining area for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen. The private bathroom has a round bath with Jacuzzi, shower cabin and shower "tropical rain" in the open air in a small courtyard. There is also a flat screen TV, stereo system, DVD-player, satellite TV, safety deposit box.
In YL Deluxe Studio area of 70 sq. m has a double bed in Thai style furnishings from designer Antonio "Budji" Layug. The private bathroom has a round bath, shower cabin and shower "tropical rain" in the open air in a small courtyard. There is also a flat screen TV, stereo system, DVD-player, satellite TV, safe and minibar. Despite the fact that all three of the pavilion designed by common model interiors are made in different styles and moods.
YL Studio pavilion has an area of 55 sq. m with two single beds and furniture from the design studio of Chiang Mai. The private bathroom has a shower cabin, a shower "tropical rain" in the open air in a small courtyard. There is also a flat screen TV, stereo system, DVD-player, satellite TV, safe and minibar.
Next to the pool, almost on the banks the club house is located. In it's living room area has a sofa, a TV and a stereo system. There are also a dining area and a games room with another large TV and a pool table. Completes the picture of a fully equipped kitchen for the chef. By the club pavilion is a covered barbecue area.
Due to the size of the villa guests have plenty of leisure options.
